Göksun Canberk Uluğ joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2022. He is experienced in real estate law, corporate and commercial law as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Canberk advises domestic and foreign clients, including financial institutions, tenants, landlords, shopping mall investors, hospitality and construction companies, tourism companies, and joint-ventures, on real estate law matters, with a particular focus on real estate transactions, lease agreements, EPC agreements, operation and maintenance (O&M) agreements, land concessions, real estate law aspects of M&A transactions, as well as a wide range of corporate law-related matters.
