Admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association

Serra Kahvecioğlu joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2021. She has experience in M&A, capital markets law as well as corporate law. Serra advises both multinational and domestic companies acting in various sectors on their M&A transactions and in connection with their corporate law-related matters.

Serra is a member of the Firm’s French Desk.
