Burcu Çınar joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2021. She has experience in employment law as well as corporate and commercial law.

Burcu advises multinational and domestic companies on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including workforce restructurings, collective and individual redundancies, senior employee exits, settlement negotiations, disciplinary matters and internal investigations. Her practice also covers changes to employment terms and remuneration and benefit arrangements, the drafting and negotiation of employment-related documentation, the localization and implementation of global workplace policies and HR practices in Türkiye. She regularly advises clients on employment disputes and strategic day-to-day HR matters.

Burcu also assists clients with corporate and commercial matters relating to their corporate and commercial operations, including entity establishment, corporate governance, board and shareholder matters, signatory and representation arrangements, trade registry procedures and ongoing corporate housekeeping.

Burcu is a member of the Firm’s German Desk.
