Dila Karcılıoğlu joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2024. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate and commercial law. Dila provides legal assistance to multinational and domestic companies operating in various sectors, particularly in relation to M&A transactions and corporate law matters.
