Ceyda Betül Gülmezoğlu joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2022. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law and advises multinational and domestic companies that are active in various sectors, such as energy, automotive, telecommunication and technology, on their merger, acquisition and restructuring transactions as well as contract law-related matters.
