On 20 February 2021, Serhan Koçaklı spoke at the Iuris Agora Law Seminar, organized by Bilkent Law Community. The event was held with the participation of more than 200 students. He made a presentation on Real Estate Law and shared his experience on how to improve theoretical and practical qualities required from a real estate lawyer, and answered students' questions.
