Graduated from Ankara University School of Law, Hasan has been practicing law since 2008. As the senior partner leading the capital markets team of another Istanbul based top-tier law firm where he worked for almost a decade, he has represented multinational banks, financial institutions, brokerage firms, portfolio management companies, investment funds and publicly held companies in various cross-border and domestic capital markets transactions including swap and derivatives transactions; repo transactions; equity and debt capital markets offerings; securitization; electronic money offerings; and provision of investment services, payment services and insurance products. Hasan also provides legal advice to local and foreign crypto service providers and crypto markets.
