We are very pleased to announce our new partner, Gökçe İldiri Coşgüner, and new counsel, Begüm Biçer İlikay. 

Gökçe İldiri Coşgüner joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2012. She is a member of our M&A team.

She has significant experience in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions. She advises various sector leader clients and private equity funds on a variety of transaction types involving joint ventures and private companies active in different sectors, such as food production, manufacturing and technology.

Begüm Biçer İlikay joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2016. She is a member of our Dispute Resolution as well as Ethics and Compliance teams.

She has strong experience in dispute resolution, compliance and investigations. Begüm represents domestic and international clients in commercial disputes, employment-related disputes, administrative lawsuits, enforcement lawsuits and criminal proceedings in relation to white-collar crimes as well as execution and bankruptcy proceedings.
