Zeynep Tezan joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2025. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate and commercial law. Zeynep provides legal advice to domestic and international companies operating in various sectors such as tourism, real estate, energy, automotive, insurance, furniture, cosmetics, fintech, biotechnology, environment and recycling, on both the buy-side and sell-side of M&A transactions. She has also advised clients on shareholder disputes, compliance, personal data privacy, banking and finance, capital markets, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Zeynep is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales, making her a dual-qualified attorney.
