Cansu Doğan joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2018. She is a member of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Ethics & Compliance practices. She represents domestic and foreign companies acting in various sectors in the settlement of disputes through amicable means, as well as litigation and arbitration.

Cansu’s practice mainly focuses on the resolution of commercial and corporate law disputes, enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards in Turkey, insolvency proceedings, as well as white-collar crimes. Cansu has significant experience in international arbitration under ICC, SAC, ISTAC and ITOTAM rules, as well as in ad hoc proceedings, where she has acted as both counsel and tribunal secretary.
